1. Agreement to these Terms

These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your access to and use of the website peetalionytissueszer.site, and any quotation, order, delivery or supply of tissue and hygiene products provided by Peetaliony Tissue Products Pty Ltd (ABN 81 702 135 653) (referred to as we, us or our) to you (referred to as you or your). By requesting a quotation, placing an order, or accepting delivery of goods from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our business details

We are Peetaliony Tissue Products Pty Ltd, a company registered in Western Australia with ABN 81 702 135 653. We supply toilet tissue, hand towels, facial tissues, napkins, paper towels, soaps, sanitiser and related hygiene products to commercial and residential customers across Perth, Western Australia.

3. Quotations and orders

  • Quotations issued by us are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. Where an item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss a suitable alternative or refund the affected portion of your payment.
  • We reserve the right to decline, cancel or partially fulfil any order. If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund for the affected goods.
  • An order is accepted only once we confirm it in writing by email or issue a tax invoice.

4. Pricing, GST and payment

  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD).
  • Prices include GST where applicable, unless expressly stated otherwise in the quotation or invoice, consistent with the meaning of GST under the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
  • Payment terms are as stated on your invoice. Where account terms are granted, invoices are payable within the agreed period.
  • We may suspend further deliveries if amounts remain overdue, without limiting any other rights available to us at law.

5. Delivery and risk

  • Delivery is available across the Perth metropolitan area and selected surrounding regions, as described on our service areas page.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We will notify you promptly of any anticipated delay.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the address you nominate.
  • Title in the goods passes to you upon receipt of full payment.

6. Australian Consumer Law guarantees

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights or remedies that you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable legislation. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7. Returns, refunds and replacements

  • Where goods fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement, refund or other remedy as required by law.
  • Please inspect your goods upon delivery. Any visible damage, defect or shortage must be reported to us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery so we can assess and resolve the issue.
  • Returns for change of mind may be accepted at our discretion, provided the goods are unopened, undamaged and in original packaging, and are returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Return freight in such cases is at your cost.
  • Goods that have been used, stored improperly or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return except where required under a consumer guarantee.

8. Product descriptions and specifications

Product images, packaging, ply counts, sheet sizes and other specifications displayed on this website are indicative and may vary between batches or suppliers. We take reasonable care to ensure descriptions are accurate; however, minor variations do not constitute a failure of a consumer guarantee unless the goods do not match their description in a material respect.

9. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the supply of goods is limited, at our option, to the replacement of the goods, the repair of the goods, the resupply of equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of doing so.
  • To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business interruption.
  • Nothing in this clause limits or excludes liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Use of this website and intellectual property

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and layout, is owned by or licensed to Peetaliony Tissue Products Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian intellectual property laws.
  • You may view, download and print pages from this site for your own personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.
  • You must not misuse this website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or scraping content systematically.
